This Seinstraining is not based on a method, but on a gift. This gift has been gradually becoming more and more apparent throughout my life. 

 

Here some milestones of my life journey:    

 

• USA-Highschool-year with 16

• humanities studies with focus on theatre-film-television (Magister Artium, University of Cologne)

• Acting studies ( state-certified stage-ready), Theatrefestival Teheran, participation in a danceproject in Madrid, own literary-musical programs with pianist Keiko Nakayama

• decades of freelance voice-acting experience for radio and television / speechcoaching

 

• motherhood, valley of exhaustion

• 20 years of in-depth energy work

• extended sitting in silence

• swimming in icy waters
   

• twelve years of research and training of SEIN

• nationwide trade-fair presentations on the topic SEIN

• about 2.000 individual sessions for others; Workshops

 

On this reservoir of experience I draw for my Seinstraining. 

 

There is no worldly stamp for it.
